The Hugh Henry Sarah Poetry Foundation promotes poetry as a powerful tool to further self awareness and build character. Through it’s annual poetry prize, the Hugh Sarah Poetry Prize, the HHS Foundation encourages young men and women to develop honest and open relationships with their selves and their environments, thereby living more empowered lives.
The 2016 Hugh Sarah Poetry Competition is currently being held at the Middlesex County Juvenile Detention Center in South Brunswick, NJ.
